WaterGuard

Here is a closer look at the WaterGuard installed around the perimeter of the basement.

TripleSafe

Our TripleSafe sump pump system is installed at the lowest corner of the home. If water was to get on the floor, it would find its way to the TripleSafe and be sent out of the home.

IceGuards

We installed Ice Guards and extended the drainage pipes to dry up the area around the foundation.

Wet Soil

Outside of the home, the gutters were releasing water onto the soil near the foundation of the home, this is not good when trying to keep water away from your basement.
