Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing: WaterGaurd and CleanSpace Wall
Homeowners Tina and Todd K. of Marion, Illinois were having problems with rainwater entering their basement. They had an unfinished basement with concrete floors and walls, with rainwater entering where the floor meets the wall around the perimeter of the space. Unsure of what to do in the situation, the couple decided to call Woods Basement systems.
We sent our foreman Dave Gass and his team out to the home to install a solution to their problem. Because the water was entering the basement from a crack in the wall as well as where the floor meets the wall, our team installed our patented WaterGuard system as well as our CleanSpace liner. WaterGuard is our waterproofing drainage system that is installed on-top of the footing around the perimeter of the space to catch any water entering the basement. The CleanSpace liner is installed over the concrete walls to send the water behind the liner and down into the WaterGuard. Now, the couple is happy knowing their basement will be dry and waterproofed for years to come.

CleanSpace Liner
The CleanSpace liner is a thick, durable liner (similar to a pool liner).
CleanSpace
CleanSpace can be installed in basements or crawlspaces to line and waterproof the home.
TripleSafe
We installed our TripleSafe sump pump system in the lowest point of the space to catch any water that would happen to get in.
