Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: The Process of Waterproofing A Basement
Homeowner Mike T. of Enfield, Illinois was having problems with rainwater entering his basement. His basement floors were carpeted and every time it would rain they would become wet and in risk of becoming permanently damaged. Exhausted from keeping up with the cleanup and maintenance, he finally decided to call Woods Basement Systems.
We sent our foreman Greg Harvie and his team out to the home to install our patented waterproofing system. They installed several items such as WaterGuard, IceGuard, and TripleSafe to completely waterproof the space. WaterGuard is the interior drainage system that will lead the water to the TripleSafe sump pump system, and out of the home through the IceGuard. Now, the basement is completely waterproofed and Mike no longer has to keep up with unnecessary cleanup or maintenance.

Here is a photo after the basement has been waterproofed.
Advantages of WaterGuard
WaterGuard is designed not to clog, does not rely on filter fabric, has a big drain outlet to the sump, and will not cause structural damage to the foundation.
TripleSafe
The existing sump pump was removed to have our TripleSafe Sump Pump System.
Installing WaterGuard
WaterGuard is installed on-top of the footing.
