In Saint Louis, Missouri homeowner Marilyn S. wanted to have a waterproofing system installed in the basement of her home. She usually kept a lot of items in storage in her basement but recently she could not because every time it had rained water would find its way into her basement. In order to waterproof a basement, our teams use a collection of our patented products to ensure it is waterproofed completely and correctly. They installed our WaterGuard, TripleSafe, and IceGuard. Now, in this gallery you will see how the WaterGuard is installed and how it works to protect your home.

Our WaterGuard system is installed on-top of the footing, meaning that the floor around the perimeter of the wall is removed all the way down to the footing.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

Here is a photo right after the TripleSafe sump pump was installed. It sends any water in the basement up and out of the home away from the foundation.

After digging up the area where the WaterGuard will be placed, we add an area of bedrocks for it to sit on, lifting the WaterGuard up and away from any dirt, debris, or mud that could clog the system.
