Discolored Walls
The window wells were leaky, resulting in discolored walls and a wet basement during heavy rains.
Old, Leaky Window Replaced
Woods replaced the old, leaky window with a new EverLast window to prevent water from coming in.
EverLast Window
EverLast windows are easy to open, have an airtight seal, and keep out bugs, rodents, and other outdoor elements.
WaterGuard Installation
WaterGuard is installed along the inside perimeter of the basement.
All Foundation Types
The WaterGuard system can be installed with all types of foundations including block, poured concrete, and stone.
Easily Installed Around Objects
It can also easily be installed around obstacles, such as pipes or water heaters.
WaterGuard Does Not Clog
WaterGuard is a piping system specifically designed to solve basement water problems without the worry of clogging pipes.
Wall Flange
It has large holes in the back, and a special wall flange with segments for water to enter through.
WaterGuard Sits on Top of Footing
WaterGuard is engineered not to sit in the dirt, so clogging from silt and sediment under the floor isn’t something the homeowner has to worry about.
Clean Stone Around WaterGuard
Clean stone is placed around the WaterGuard after it is installed to help the water flow to the drainage system.
WaterGuard Permanently Waterproofs
WaterGuard is the best solution to permanently waterproofing a basement.
Easy Installation
WaterGuard can also easily be installed through doorways, such as in this photo.
WellDuct
The WellDuct window well drainage system is a proven solution for leaky windows.
WellDuct & WaterGuard
WellDuct is specifically engineered to work with WaterGuard and drain any water leakage into the WaterGuard system.
Window Well Cleaned Out
The window well is cleaned out on the outside and filled with clean stone and a grate. This allows the water to drain out of the well and through a small hole that is drilled in the wall to the inside just below the window sill.
Replacement Window
The water runs down inside the WellDuct track to the WaterGuard system, where it is carried to the sump pump and taken out and away from the home.
Finished Window
A new and clean window well helps keep the basement dry during heavy rains.
UltraSump Installation
The UltraSump is an extremely reliable sump pump with a battery-operated back up pump.
UltraSump
If the primary pump fails because the water level is too high or power is lost, the second pump will automatically kick on. The resident can have peace of mind knowing the basement will stay dry, no matter what the situation.
Water Carried Away from Home
The UltraSump carries the water out and away from the home, resulting in a dry basement.
Egress Window & IceGuard
This newly installed Egress window and IceGuard help keep the residents basement dry all the time.
After WaterGuard Installation
After WaterGuard installation is complete, concrete is poured over it. Once the concrete dries, the WaterGuard will no longer be noticeable.
WaterGuard Port
The WaterGuard system also has a removable port for easy access if necessary.
Waterproofing Makeover
After Woods gave this resident’s basement a waterproofing makeover, the homeowner no longer had to worry about water coming into his basement.
