Only one side wall was leaking for this Glen Carbon, IL basement so the homeowner did that repair only and not the whole basement. To make sure a basement would stay dry all the time and have a complete basement warranty the whole basement would need our waterproofing system. The only bad thing is that the finished area of the basement would get wet again.
