Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Our Solution to Leaky Basements

The homeowner, Craig M. was tired of checking his basement every time it rained or stormed. He wanted to be able to use his basement for storage or other things without worrying about his items getting wet and damaged. Luckily, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems and have his basement completely waterproofed by their experts.
We sent our foreman Juan Hernandez out to his Creve Coeur home and installed our patented WaterGuard. WaterGuard is the specially designed drainage system we use on all of our waterproofing jobs! Sitting on-top of the footing, it catches all water coming down the walls or sitting on the floor, without clogging of dirt and debris.
WaterGuard Installation

TripleSafe Sump Pump Systems
To work along with our WaterGuard, we installed our TripleSafe sump system. This catches any water left on the floor as well as the water in the WaterGuard.
IceGuards
We installed two IceGuards outside of the home to ensure that the drainage pipes are able to still release the water out of the home even if the pipes are frozen or clogged.
After Installation
After installing our waterproofing system, this homeowner will never have to worry about checking the basement after a storm or rainy weather.
Finished Basement
Now that the basement is waterproofed, the homeowner can finally finish the basement and add more value to his home. Woods also does TBF - Total Basement Finishing as well!
