When it comes to sump pump systems, there are a lot of choices to pick from. One choice stands above the rest though, the TripleSafe™ sump pump system.    More than just a single sump pump, the TripleSafe™ is a three-pump system constructed in a specially designed liner with a myriad of features. The TripleSafe™ will keep basements dry with a 1/4 horespower main pump that will turn on to deal with normal amounts of water in the sump pit. If water levels rise higher, a 1/2 horespower secondary pump will turn on to assist the first pump. Should even more water enter the sump pit, or if the power were to go out and the first two pumps can't operate, a third, battery powered pump will kick in to insure the basement stays dry.    The TripleSafe™ is more than just three pumps in one. The larger liner that houses the system features special inlets that will absorb water from around the pit as well as from the perimeter drainage system. The liner is topped with a waterproof lid. This lid will prevent any water at the bottom of the pit from evaporating into the basement air. The lid also features a specially designed floor drain that will allow water to enter from above without letting air rise out through the same hole. There is also an alarm that will detect water entering from the floor drain and alert homeowners to the potential leak.    The TripleSafe™ also works well as a team player with other waterproofing systems like the Sedona dehumidifier or the IceGuard™ attachment. The TripleSafe­™ can drain the water from the Sedona and pass all the water it pumps through the IceGuard™ attachment outside.   With a TripleSafe™ sump pump system installed, a home is protected from water damage even in the heaviest rains and even when the power goes out.
