Failed Waterproofing System
This old and cheaply done waterproofing system was replaced with WaterGuard.
Wet Basement
WaterGuard is installed on top of the footing rather than beside it, so it does not become clogged with the dirt and debris from below and cause standing water such as in this photo.
Wet Basement
The WaterGuard piping system collects any wall seepage and carries it to the sump pump, where it will be pumped out and away from the home.
Old Sump Pump
This old, unreliable sump pump was replaced with a TripleSafe. The TripleSafe sump pump is a three-pump system that has a WaterWatch alarm system, warning the resident of water damage before it occurs.
Leaky Window
This leaky window was replaced with an EverLast window. EverLast windows are airtight, easy to open, and keep out bugs, rodents, and other outdoor elements.
Wall Anchor Installation
Heavy-duty anchors are securely installed in a stable layer of soil out and away from the home. They are connected to steel wall plates on the interior of the wall with long galvanized steel rods.
Geo-Lock Wall Anchor
A unique feature of the Geo-Lock system is the ability to tighten the anchors when the soil around the home shrinks due to dry spells. This provides an opportunity to improve and straighten the bowing of the basement walls over time.
