Our foremen Greg Harvie and his team had the perfect solution to her problem, the WaterGaurd System. Installing the WaterGaurd system will insure that water will be drained down and out of the basement, instead of into the basement through cracks or where the floor meets the wall. Now, Annette will not have to hide a wet basement; instead, she will have peace of mind that the basement will be clean and dry for homeowners to come.

IceGaurd Installed In St. Louis, MO Home

In this photo, we see the IceGaurd installed outside the home. IceGaurd protects the basement from and blocks or freezing in underground piping systems, ensuring there is a backup exit-way for the water leaving your basement through discharge systems.

Here, we show our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This top-of-the-line system includes airtight sump lid, pump stand, floor drain sump lid, sump liner, and pump alarm.
