Water Leaking In
The homeowner noticed water leaking in where the walls met the floor. To stop this, WaterGuard drains would soon be installed.
Installing WaterGuard Drains
The waterproofing work begins! Here you can see where the drains are placed. WaterGuard drains are installed in the perimeter to collect the leaks before they are able to come inside and create damage.
No More Leaks
Multiple drains were installed along with the basement floor. Now that the basement is protected, no water damage will develop on the walls or floor.
Sealed & Ready to Go
WaterGuard drains are sealed with a cement layer to protect the drainage system from clogging. This ensures that the system will run smoothly.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Also installed in the flooring, a TripleSafe sump pump replaced the outdated pump. This three-part sump pump will ensure that the system is running correctly at all times, even during power outages!
IceGuards
The outside was not forgotten when it comes to waterproofing. Discharge lines can easily clog or freeze, which is where IceGuards come into play. IceGuards were attached to the lines to ensure that they run smoothly.
LawnScape Outlet
Further into the homeowner's yard a LawnScape outlet was installed to direct the discarded water away from the house. This outlet will keep the discarded water from leaking back into the basement.
