Foreman Miguel O. and his crew installed WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system that collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with three pumps to ensure the basement stays dry. Additionally, the crew installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that works with the waterproofing system and gives a bright, clean look to the basement.
