This Wood River, Illinois basement was in need of waterproofing to protect the basement against water damage. System design specialist, Scott R., worked with Terry to find a solution that would protect this Wood River, Illinois basement. Waterproofing Needed

This basement was in need of waterproofing, but this homeowner didn't know where to start. This homeowner scheduled an appointment with Woods Basement Systems to find a solution that would protect his basement for many more years to come.

WaterGuard Needed

Once the system design specialist arrived at the house, he noticed that this wall, in particular, needed a drainage system to prevent water from creating damage. There were several small cracks along this wall that would allow leaks to come through. With a drainage system, these drains would stop the leaks in its tracks.

WaterGuard Drainage System

Along the perimeter, a WaterGuard draining system was installed. As you can see, these drains are installed in the footing of the basement walls to prevent the system from flooding.

TripleSafe Sump Pump System

A TripleSafe sump pump was installed to pump out the leaks collected by the WaterGuard drains. This sump pump system contains three pumps to ensure the pump is dependable year-round. If one pump fails, one of the back-up pumps will switch on.
