Water damaged had developed in this St. Louis, MO basement due to frequent water leaks. For the ultimate repair, Team Woods installed a WaterGuard drainage system along with a new TwinPack sump pump system. Together these two products will collect and discard of all water that leaks inside.

Water Leaks Inside

The issue that led this homeowner to reach out to Woods Basement Systems was that there were many leaks found in the basement.

Leaks on Carpet

Water leaks had even spread to the carpet. If left untreated, this carpet could be ruined.

Before Renovations

This basement bathroom had water damage on the walls and floor. To prevent this Team Woods would install a WaterGuard system to stop water leaks from creating damage.

Renovationed

Here you can see the new WaterGuard system that was installed. These drains are installed in the footing to stop water leaks from entering inside.

Uplifted Carpet

The team uplifted to the carpet to make room for the WaterGuard drains. These drains will ensure that the carpet stays dry year around.

Freshly Installed

Once the drains are put in place, they are covered with a cement layer to seal the system from possible clogging. Once dried, the cement will look normal again!
