Bowing Walls

How did the structure experience damage? Water exposure weakens the foundation and causes the foundation to either crumble, break, or bow. Unfortunately, this basement was showing signs of bowing in the walls. If untreated, this could lead to the wall collapsing.

In the footing of the basement, you can see the new WaterGuard drains freshly installed. These drains will collect and direct the water leaks towards the home's sump pump.
