WaterGuards were used to collect the pesky water leaks that enter inside where the walls met the floor. Since water leaks inside through this area, WaterGuard drains are installed into the flooring to collect the leaks and direct them towards the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped back outside.

Finished Basement

This Glen Carbon, Illinois finished basement was a space that the family loved to gather in and entertain guests. The area wasn't waterproofed and this lead to water leaks being able to leak inside.

Susceptible Area

Move over to the unfinished area of the basement; this space needed to be protected from possible damage. Even unfinished basements can develop costly damage if exposed to water. In this space, WaterGuard drains would be installed with a new TripleSafe sump pump to keep the area dry and safe.

Team Woods started the waterproofing project by ripping up flooring and lower half of the walls to install the WaterGuard drains.

Freshly Installed

In the footing of the basement, WaterGuard drains were installed to collect the pesky water leaks and direct them towards the new sump pump.

Waterproofing

WaterGuards were installed throughout the basement to ensure the entire basement was protected from possible water damage.

TripleSafe in Unfinished Section

Along with the WaterGuard drains, a new TripleSafe sump pump was installed in the basement to collect and pump water leaks back outside where they belong. This sump pump claims its name by containing three pumps that switch on in case the primary pump fails.

More WaterGuards

Into the unfinished section of the basement, more WaterGuards were installed to protect the home from water damage. This drainage system will keep the water out of the home and will leave the basement safe and dry.
