Leaky Basement Windows
Water leaks would seep into this basement through the walls, specifically the basement windows. Outside the homeowner noticed the water stains and inside the water damage that had accumulated and knew action needed to be taken right away.
Wet Space
Inside this wet basement, there were no means of protection against water leaks. Team Woods would install a drainage system along with a sump pump to completely waterproof this space.
Drainage System
A drainage system is essential to collect water leaks and direct them towards the sump pump to be pumped back outside. Instead of allowing water to remain inside, this system will collect all water that seeps in.
WaterGuard Drains
WaterGuard drains are installed along the perimeter of the room and in the footing of the walls. This way the water is stopped at the source and directed towards the home's new TripleSafe sump pump.
Sump Pump
The sump pump used to pump water leaks back outside is called a TripleSafe sump pump. This pump claims its name by containing three functioning pumps that will keep the home safe even during power outages because the backup pumps are battery-operated.
