Family Basement

Water Damaged Floor

The team uplifted the wooden floor and noticed that the cement underneath was water stained. This indicated that the space was accustomed to frequent water leaks.

More Leaks

Drainage System

Team Woods installed a WaterGuard drainage system into the basement floors to collect the water that seeps in and direct towards the sump pump. This system is unique because it is installed in the floor as opposed to others on the market. WaterGuards are installed into the flooring in order for the system to run more efficient by preventing the system from clogging.

WaterGuards Sealed

The WaterGuards are then sealed with a cement layer to complete the installation of the drains. After the cement layer dries, the basement floor will look like it had before.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

To complete this waterproofing project, the home needed a sump pump to work with the WaterGuard drains. Team Woods utilized the most dependable sump pump on the market, TripleSafe. A TripleSafe sump pump is unlike any other pump because it contains three pumps that will switch on if one the primary pump fails. This system will also operate during power outages because the two backup pumps are battery operated.
