In the footing of the walls, WaterGuard drains were installed to collect the water leaks and send them to the sump to be discarded, The cement layer that you see over the drains is used to seal the drains from possible clogging.

TripleSafe

In the corner of the basement, a TripleSafe sump pump was installed to pump out the potential water leaks. This dependable pump contains three pumps that will function even during power outages.
