Watery Basement
This St. Louis, Missouri basement was used to water leaks accumulating in the space. Team Woods investigated the home to see what products would create the optimal repair for waterproofing the basement permanently.
Added Sump Pump
This basement previously didn't contain a sump pump. A sump pump is one of the most essential waterproofing products to pump out all possible water leaks back outside. Without a pump, these water leaks would remain inside and create damage.
WaterGuards to Collect Leaks
In the perimeter of the room, you will notice wet cement. This is where the WaterGuard drains were installed. WaterGuard drains are covered with a cement topping to seal the drains from clogging or backing up. This drainage system is used to collect the water leaks and send them to the TripleSafe sump pump.
Outside Additions
Outside of the home IceGuards were attached to the discharge lines to prevent the lines from freezing and clogging. IceGuards will prevent the water that is pumped out of the home from redirecting back into the basement.
