Before CleanSpace

This Edwardsville, Illinois basement had accumulated years of water damage that led to structural damage. Team Woods' first task was to protect the walls from further damage.

After with CleanSpace

A CleanSpace encapsulation system was placed on the walls to protect the walls from water leaks. This barrier system will now block out the leaks with a bright, new finishing look! What a difference this makes on the appearance of the basement.

Geo-Lock Wall Anchors

For a permanent repair, Geo-Locks were anchored from outside of the wall onto mental plate inside the basement wall to pull the wall back into a stable position slowly.

Deep-Set Crack

The walls had begun to bow, so this wall needed a quick, permanent solution.

Geo-Locks are the Answer

Here you can see a close up of the Geo-Lock wall plate. If needed, these anchors can be tightened at any time by Team Woods to regain stability of the wall as a permanent repair.

New Sump Pump

The TripleSafe sump pump was installed along with the CleanSpace encapsulation system and WaterGuard drains. Along the perimeter of the basement walls, the WaterGuard drains were installed to collect the water leaks and send them to the TripleSafe sump pump.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The TripleSafe sump pump is composed of three pumps that will operate even during power outages! This sump pump is a reliable pump that will keep water out of the basement and outside.
