Clogged Sump Pump
The previous sump pump in this basement wasn't operating correctly and left water standing in the home. Here is an inside look at the sump pump and the water that wasn't able to be pumped out of the house.
TwinPack Replaced Old Sump Pump
Out with the old and in with the new! This TwinPack sump pump has a primary pump along with a backup pump to ensure the pump is operating correctly at all times.
Freshly Installed WaterGuard
The wet cement is where the WaterGuard draining system was installed. WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the room to catch water that tries to leak in before it can create any damage.
Cement Over WaterGuard Drying
Cement is poured over the WaterGuard to restore the floor and adequately seal the draining system. Once the cement completely dries, the homeowner will barely notice any signs that work was done!
IceGuards Installed on Discharge Line
IceGuards are an extension to the discharge line that is connected to the TwinPack sump pump. The purpose of an IceGuard is to prevent this line from freezing or clogging. If this line were to jam, the water wouldn't be able to be pumped out and would remain in the home.
LawnScape Outlet in St. Louis, MO Yard
The purpose of a LawnScape outlet is to lead water away from the house. These outlets are a perfect solution to prevent flooding and standing water by the home. Flooding outside of the home will allow water back into the basement, resulting in water damage.
