Uneven Footing
The WaterGUARD™ waterproofing pipe is installed at the lowest level next to the basement floor. The FlowGUARD™ product is installed on top of the elevated footing so that the leaking wall will be waterproofed before finishing the remodeled basement.
Left Side
Most likely in this case, raised uneven footing was due to a room addition. Both levels of the footing need particular products for waterproofing especially when finishing a basement remodel is planned.
Re-cement the Floor and Footing
Once the continuous waterproofing products are installed then new concrete is re-poured. This is the right side of the uneven footing for this home.
TwinPAK™ Sump Pump
This sump pump system has 2 primary sump pumps that each have individual discharge lines taking the water to the outside away from the home. The lid comes with the 2 blue gaskets that block evaporation form getting out around the 2 discharge lines. The lid also has a radon approved floor drain for condensations lines so only water can enter and no air can leak up and out.
Two Sump Pumps
The dual sump pump system, TwinPAK™, has two sump pumps and 2 discharge lines. Both pumps ar on pump stand that help hold them in place so that the float stays in place. The white float goes up and on without getting tangled inside. Also the 2nd pump has a tiered pump stand so it sits higher than the 1st pump and only come on in times of high water.
Close-up finished Tiered Concrete
The sump pump lid is left and the basement wall is to the right. The new concrete is poured at the top of the raised footing and let's the wall leak get to the floor waterproofing system and then into the sump pump.
