TripleSafe Installed
Here's the look at the new TripleSafe sump pump system. This system will help prevent flooding by pumping out any water that enters in the space.
WaterGuard Installed
The wet cement that you see here is where the WaterGuard has been installed.
French Drainage System
WaterGuard is a french draining system that is installed in the perimeter of the basement (pictured).
Water Prevention
The reason for installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement is because water will collect near the perimeter of the room naturally. These drains collect the water and direct the water towards the sump pump.
WaterGuard Installed in Florissant, Missouri
This system is the perfect way to waterproof your space because if water ever does enter the space, the WaterGuard will collect it and move it towards the sump pump.
Installment Process
The past few images have shown what the WaterGuard installment process looks like in some of its final stages.
Almost Complete
Once the WaterGuard has been installed, the crew will pour cement over the system to leave a seamless finish. Once the cement dries, the homeowner will forget that any thing had been installed based on the finish!
Outside of the Basement
From the outer view, you can see the freshly installed IceGuard system that will connect to the discharge system. The discharge system is connected to the sump pump, so they work together to ensure all water exists the home. The IceGuard helps prevent clogging, which would prevent the water from exiting the basement. It's call IceGuard because it also prevents the discharge line from freezing, which could potentially clog the line.
