Saint Louis, Missouri homeowner Karen had water spots in her basement. She knew this meant there had ben water so she gave Woods Basement Systems a call. System Design Specialist John Casserly developed a plan to get the basement dried. Foreman Miguel and his crew installed the TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard combo. The WaterGuard goes along the primeter to get any water before it reaches the floor and redirect it to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe then uses one of its three motors, that ensure it is always working, to pump the water out and away from the home. Karen can now use the basement for storage and laundry without worry of water damage.

Water Stains in Basement

Water stains in the basement show that there has been water in the basement. In a basement that does not get major traffic this is a good indicator to look for leaks.

Before WaterGuard

Low spots in the basement can collect water. Without WaterGuard the water just sits there and can cause damage to the paint and rust on pipes.

After WaterGuard Install

With WaterGuard installed, the water that may run to that corner will now get into the WaterGuard and be removed from the basement.

WaterGuard Along Wall

WaterGuard goes along the perimeter, in a finished basement the concrete can be recovered with carpet or flooring and will not be noticeable.

TripleSafe Sump Pump

The TripleSafe Sump Pump has three pumps that work in a various order to get the water out. The two electric pumps are put on different circuits and the battery back up is there for when the power goes out.
