Affton, Missouri homeowner Steven and his family were experiencing water coming into their finished basement. They gave Woods Basement Systems and call and Team Woods developed a plan for them. Foreman Vern and his crew installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. They were sure to go around problem water areas including the HVAC system and stairs. They linked the WaterGuard to the TripleSafe sump pump. The three pump system is our surest way to a dry basement. Steven and his family can now enjoy their basement and have peace of mind during rains that the area will remain dry.

On the floor around the HVAC, water heater, and washer and dryer you can see the water damage. While the homeowner had a dehumidifier it was only helping part of the problem.
