Customer, Harry, had stair step cracks on his walls and ceilings due to water damage. He decided to call Woods Basement Systems to see what could be done. Systems design specialist, Pete L., recommended the installation of PolyLevel and a waterproofing system.
Foreman, William T., installed the products. The PolyLevel is used to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. A small, dime-sized hole is drilled into the slabs and then, the polymer is injected into the slabs. Then, after about 15 minutes, the concrete can be used after setting. Additionally, waterproofing system installed to combat the moisture.
Harry P. can now fully enjoy his basement.
