Spee-D Exterior Trench Drain
The Spee-D will save your garage, driveway, and basement. When water gets in between the slabs on concrete is will mix with the dirt underneath, this causes the dirt to move around. When the dirt moves it causes all sorts of foundation and leveling problems. The Spee-D exterior trench gives this water a low area to go to. It then is connected to a discharge line, relocating the water downhill, away from the structures and away from causing problems. This also keeps your feet dry when you have to walk through the area. There is a smaller version and an interior version for doors.
WaterGuard
WaterGuard is an interior drainage system built to keep your basement dry for decades. Seen here below the fresh concrete, the WaterGuard is not noticeable once installed. It collects water the comes in from the dirt beneath the floor and behind the foundation walls. It will also collect any water that seeps in through the porous walls or finds its way in through windows, cracks, or seams. It is specially designed to not clogged and can be combined with our CleanSpace, TripleSafe or TwinPack sump pumps, IceGuard, and other products to provide superior drainage.
IceGuard
The IceGuard goes on the outside of the home on the discharge line. The specially designed openings allow for water to have a second way to escape the line. Under normal conditions the water will flow through the pipe and away from the home. In the case the discharge line becomes frozen or clogged, these opening keep the water from going back into the home and flooding the sump pump. We run each pump on a separate discharge line, so here there are two IceGuards featured.
Lawnscape Outlet
The Lawnscape Outlet is an option for the end of the discharge line. It camouflages the end of the line into the grass. It also provides safety and ease when during yard work and play. Discharge lines are important to move the water far enough away from the foundation so it does not continue to cause issues in a continuous loop.
TwinPack Sump Pump
The TwinPack sump pump has a primary and secondary pump. They are on stands in the lining so they are above the waterline. The secondary pump is set higher so it will automatically kick on when the primary pump is falling behind or loses power. Having two pumps that are connected to separate breakers and discharge lines, ensures that the basement will remain dry. Even in heavy rains or a plumbing break. The lid on our pumps is air tight to ensure no vapor leakage but, includes an outlet to open in the case of a flood. You can also add an Watch Alarm, this alarm will ring like a fire alarm when the water touches it so you know there is a flood before you find it.
