System Design Specialist Nolan Martz designed a solution to ensure the basement stays dry all the time. Foreman Melvin F. and his team installed DryTrak. DryTrak is a perimeter drainage system that is used for monolithic foundations. DryTrak collects and guides water to the sump pump and away from the home. Janet and Dale's basement is now dry and will stay dry.
