WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, was installed. It collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with three pumps to ensure the basement stays dry. In addition to WaterGuard and TripleSafe, IceGuard was installed. IceGuard is installed to the exterior discharge lines to provide water with and exit in the event that the lines become frozen or clogged. The combination of these systems will keep Connie's basement dry and mold-free.
