Foundation is ready for damp proofing and interior drainage system.
Spray on damp proofing
One product we use, clear coat, does not leave a noticable coating seen after the back fill settles.
Back fill zone
The water at the bottom of the trench, back fill zone, is staying there due to the clay in the soil. Even after the back fill is in and the grass is grown, water gets all around a home in the back fill area. If that seapage gets into the basement via the foudnation wall and footing seam, CatusBoard® will take care of it!
