In this photo, about four inches of the concrete where the floor meets the wall was removed to allow installation of the interior drainage system. The WaterGuard was then placed for fitting to ensure the small lip against the wall remains exposed. This allows any water that leaks from the wall beside the stairs to be directed into the drainage system.
