Waterproofing and Stabilizing a basement in Granite City, IL

Water was leaking from basement windows in Granite City, IL, and the foundation cracks were growing and leaking water as well. To solve these issues, WellDucts were first installed. These will drain water that enters the window well and lead it toward the perimeter drainage system. Next, a CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement wall and will drain wall leaks down to WaterGuard. This perimeter drainage system will catch the water that drains from the well drain and CleanSpace, and guide it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This sump system will pump out all of the water that enters it, and includes a battery-operated UltraSump that will run if the power goes out. Lastly, the PowerBrace System was installed to permanently stabilize the foundation walls. These will eliminate any further movement and reverse the effects of wall failure.
