In Effingham, Illinois homeowner Ron D. wanted to update his dark old-fashioned basement. Before calling Woods, Ron’s basement had wood paneling walls from the 1970’s making his basement look dark and outdated. Tired of being embarrassed to have visitors in his basement, he finally called Woods Basement Systems to refinish his basement the way he wanted it. Our team and foremen John Cunningham came out to Ron’s home in Effingham to install our Everlast wall panels where the wood paneling had been before. Our Everlast walls were great for a project like Ron’s because they can be installed on the bottom half of an existing wall, saving materials and cost for the homeowner, without replacing the entire wall. Now, Ron can enjoy his updated basement for years to come.
