Before Waterproofing
Before waterproofing, this Bunker Hill basement was wet and displayed water damage.
WaterGuards
The lower half of the walls were gutted to make room for the WaterGuard drains that would help waterproof the space. WaterGuard drains are used to collect pesky water leaks and direct them towards the home's sump pump.
TwinPack Sump Pump
The home didn't have a sump pump previously, so Team Woods installed a TwinPack sump pump system. A TwinPack sump pump is installed into the floor to collect and pump out water leaks that the WaterGuard drains had collected.
EverLast Panels
Team Woods installed EverLast wall panels into the lower half of the basement walls. EverLast wall panels are the perfect basement finishing solution because they won't be harmed by water damage or require maintenance.
Sealing
The sealing on the top and the bottom of the insulation panels is shown in this picture. Just one step closer to a finished basement!
ThermalDry Tiles
ThermalDry tiles were the finishing touch to complete this basement. These tiles come in two different shades, dark and light that give the basement a fresh, clean appearance.
Finished Basement
ThermalDry tiles are designed to protect the basement against wet conditions and provide many years of low-maintenance. Now, this waterproofing and basement finishing process has been completed!
