After waterproofing and repairing a foundaiton wall, remodeling the basement comes next. The foundaiton wall with the wall anchors have a vertical waterproofing material that also helps keep the tempurature inside the basement comfortable. If the heat is on then that warmer air is not absorbed by the cooler concrete wall and a water leak stays behind the vapor barrier too. The finished wall of our Total Basement Finishing system allow for access panels if the foundaiton wall anchors ever need service. Also the window wells are upgarded tothe SunHOUSE™ to keep from causing a basement leak and will look better than metal window wells.

Basement Wall Vapor Barrier

Included with this foundation wall repair, earth anchor plate system, is a vertical waterproofing barrier. Any moisture transmission or leaking cracks are controlled so the basement will stay dry especially investing in remodeling the basement for more living space.

Finished Panels with Access Knockouts

The cut out panels in the finished wall allow for access to water line shut off or in this case to the foundation wall anchor plates.
