Keep Your Possessions Safe!
This homeowner did the right thing by giving Team Woods a call. If you wait until a problem arises, you will have to pay more and have lengthy solutions.
Source of the Leakage
These homeowners were experiencing water damage sourced from this sink. Thankfully, they called Team Woods to waterproof the entire basement to prevent further damage.
Before Basement Finishing
This wall in particular was in desperate need of waterproofing. The homeowners recalled that this wall was often holding water and mold.
The Project Begins
The first step needed to waterproof and refinish the walls is to take out the lower half of the wall. By doing so, this allows room for the installation of waterproofing materials like a WaterGuard.
Rebuilding Phase
Same applies for the bathroom walls. In order to waterproof the space, we will need to take out the lower half of the wall.
WaterGuard Installed
Phase two of this project was to install our WaterGuard draining system into the footing of the floor.
WaterGuard Installed Around Bar
The installation of our WaterGuard draining system ensures that if water enters the home, it will easily drain out of the home.
EverLast Wall Panels Installed
Phase three of this project was the installation of our insulated EverLast wall panels.
New & Improved
These new wall panels are specially designed for the basement. EverLast wall panels help prevent mold and moisture build-up.
