Job review from Sean in St. Louis, MO 63123 on 07/20/12

I feel that the sales person could have explained some of the fine print on the contract. For example, I did not know that there was only a 50% chance of lifting the room and not just stablizing it. Also, it was explained to me by the crew that sometimes windows will not open but this was not told to me by sales. Lastly, a pier was planned for under a bay window but the crew said this could not be done. I feel that the sales person should have known that. Everything seems to have worked out fine, but it made me feel apprehensive about starting the project. Jose's crew did a great job, especially since the foundation was much deeper than expected. They worked very hard in the 100 degree weather.
