Sales Process
Insulation removal was agreed during the sale. Two days after, the salesperson called and said the company workers don't have proper insurance to remove insulation and wanted to cancel this work item from the contract. After asking for his boss phone number, the problem was resolved. Not a nice way of dealing with customer.
