I loved the crew, Andrew Byrd, Shawn Moser, and Tom Reichenbach. Even though a couple of issues arose, Tom did his best to explain, communicate, and provide me with the best outcome. He is very knowledgable and good at his job. The crew was very professional and polite. I especially liked Shawn because he is a Cardinals fan!
