Job review from Melane in 38017, TN 8615 on 04/26/14

I now own my parent's home at 210 Bluffview Ln Collinsville Il 62234, which is where the work was completed. The Team was great to work with. I live in Tennessee and Woods was really good about working with me long distance. I discussed my needs with the Office Staff and setup an appointment for an estimate. The Sales person who came out was on time and great at answering my questions and helping us come up with a solution. The Crew called before they arrived and the Lead Crewman introduced himself and others and we went over what was to be completed. He kept us informed; he also made suggestions when we ran into an issue with the drain pipe and Woods repaired that also. The Lead Crewman haul off the old drain pipe and offered to haul off the old timber for us also, which was appreciated. I can't say enough about the guys you all sent out, the Crew was great, friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner. The Woods Inspector came by the work site to introduce himself and observed for a while. All in all we had a great experience with the whole team. But best of all...with the heavy rains Collinsville had not too long ago, THERE WERE NO LEAKS IN THE BASEMENT AREA! I would recommend you all. Keep up the good work..you don't see that type of commitment from companies and the team that works for them much any more.
