Water was leaking into a basement in Alton, IL, so the WaterGuard System was first installed. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it from the house. Next, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge System was installed. The patented design of this system automatically allows water to escape through its perforations when pipe terminations are blocked, usually by ice or snow. Lastly, a LawnScape Outlet was installed. This connects the discharge lines to a special extension sending water away from the foundation while camouflaging the end of the pipe. Thanks to these systems, this basement will now remain dry all the time!

Water Issues

Perimeter Drain

WaterGuard will intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system.

Sump Pump

The TripleSafe can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it.

Discharge Lines
