Lead to Sump Pump

WaterGuard directs water seepage to flow through the channel and is expelled in the sump pump so it can be pumped out of the basement, keeping your floors safe and dry.

Cove Joint Installation

WaterGuard is installed below-ground at the cove joint to collect water seepage. The only part that sits above the ground is the wall flange, which is designed to collect any wall leaks.

Inspection Port

WaterGuard has a built-in inspection port that allows for easy access in future inspections.

No Clogs

WaterGuard is specially engineered to prevent clogging or kinking from its durable material and ability to sit up and out of dirt and silt.

More Space

Because WaterGuard is installed underground, the space above it can be used for recreational living areas or storage.
