Where Water Leaks

Water was seeping into the basement through the top of the wall. Here you can see years of water damage on the wall.

Waterproofing System

Our drainage system is installed along the perimeter to capture any water before it hits the basement floor.

Tying Into Existing Sump Pump

We ran our drainage system underneath to the other side of the room to tie into the existing sump pump. Although we don't recommend doing this, we can.

Wall Vapor Barrier

To keep water from running from the top of the wall and getting on the basement floor we installed a vapor barrier to seal the wall and direct any water seeping into our drainage system.
