The home owner came to Dr. Energy Saver wanting to make thier home more efficient.  Dr. Energy Saver came in to figure out the solutions to her problems.  Majority of the problems was air leaking into the attic was air sealed with foam to seal air penetrations coming up through the ceiling.  Vent baffles were put in to keep ventilation up throughout the attic.  Spray foam was used to seal up the knee wall from any air coming up through the wall where two rooms meet.  A coating was applied to the spray foam to make it fire resistant.  Cellulose was blown into the attic to give this home the thermal barrier it needed between the inside of the home and the attic.
