Sump Pump Exterior Drain Lines

Several homeowners are surprised when they realize how much water is collecting and staying around their homes and below their basement floors.  Especially weeks after severe rain and we begin to waterproof their basement.  Because of the volume of water, our sump pump systems can remove and displace away from the home, we want to make sure it will not flow back towards the basement or crawl space.

Next, we want to as best possible, properly follow the natural drainage around the home we are waterproofing and not pass their pumped water onto a neighbor.  This is difficult when homes are built closely together or on a level block of ground.

The included photo is one of our sump pump discharge lines being installed that we extended into the backyard past the rear patio. The pumped water is drained to the natural slope of the yards for the neighborhood towards the back of the row of houses.  This way the pumped water will also stay away for the neighbor to the left.  Thanks for reading about us.  Sump Pump Exterior Drain Lines - Image 1
