Before the system design specialist is set to look over the impacted space, you will receive a profile of the individual that you will be expecting. You will also receive a copy of a booklet that will hold the information on common basement issues and products that we use to solve them.
Meeting the System Design Specialist
Before the specialist recommends any products or walks you through a possible plan, the specialist will walk you through any questions you might have. We encourage asking any question you may have to ensure everyone is on the same page. From there the specialist will work with you to compose a plan that fits your basement needs.
Project Reminder
A few days before the selected installation date, you can expect a confirmation from one of our customer service representatives. This step ensures that both parties are aware of the project and reminds the homeowner when they can expect the team. We want to make all projects run as smooth as possible by establishing open communication.
Project Begins
Once the team of installers arrive at your home, these individuals will get right to work. These respectful installers will ensure that the project is complete as quickly and efficiently as possible so that you can get back to enjoying your space.
