When you schedule an appointment, we tell you exactly who will be showing up to your home to inspect your problem. We encourage you to meet the team. A team member will not only tell you who will be designing a solution, but he or she will also mail you a biography of the system design specialist. Included in the biography is a picture. This gives our customers peace-of-mind, and allows you to get to know a bit about with whom you will be working.

We send you a book!

After scheduling your appointment, we will send you a book discussing the problems you’re having. We send you the book to provide you with the most information before your system design specialist arrives. We have eight books, each geared toward a specific problem. It describes the problem, what causes it, and the best solution for you.
