How the CleanSpace Works

The CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system consists of a heavy duty 7-layer liner material.  It is installed across the floor and up the walls in order to completely seal your crawl space off from the earth.  It is sealed around all piers and pipes and is extremely durable, so you can’t rip it, pull it down, or poke holes in it when you crawl on it. 

CleanSpace stops all the water vapor from the walls or soil from coming in and leaves your crawl space looking bright, white, and clean!  It also has an anti-microcrobial ingredient molded into the material to resist mold and bacteria growth.  It is made to last just as long as the house and will completely transform your crawl space.

CleanSpace also offers vent covers in order to permanently seal any vents to the outside.  The vent covers are installed on the exterior so that no outside air can leak into your basement, resulting in condensation, rot, and mold in the summer, and cold upstairs temperatures in your home in the winter.  The CleanSpace vent covers seal the air out, insulate, and improve the overall appearance.
