Basement to Beautiful: A Customer's Glowing Response

Dear Craig,

I  just wanted to thank you again for all the marvelous work you did to transform our dungeon into a beautiful basement.  We especially love the entertainment center you suggested.  It looks amazing, and fits the space wonderfully.  What a terrific idea for the old chimney area we didn't need!

Beyond the outstanding work that you did, we also appreciate your conscientious way of working.  You made sure all the details of the basement were included and done correctly.  That's why we enjoy the room so much now.  It turned out better than we imagined, thanks to you.

Woods is definitely lucky to have such a talented, creative a diligent person on their team!  Thank you again for all your work on our basement!
